Click [Start] to get the Pacman # moving. The purpose is to see how many 2-way branch points and how many 3-way (3 choices to go) branch points the "animal" encounters on its way out of the maze. An average of at least 5 animal runs is needed to get a better average. Also the average number of steps will be useful in determining which type of maze is most difficult (deadend, normal, loops, maximum loops) to get out of.
